Processing times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard delivery timeframes are:

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please allow extra time during peak times (e.g. Christmas).

Risk of Loss & Damage

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is dispatched from our warehouse/studio.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We only ship within Australia.
