You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent/guardian to purchase from our store.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All descriptions, images, and prices of our products are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product details accurately but cannot guarantee colours or textures will appear the same on all screens.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export. 

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for major failures.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and graphics, is the property of AMT Creative unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, AMT Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including any embedded third party functionality). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites, or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on any third-party websites. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third-party. 

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
AMT Creative is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with AMT Creative. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AMT Creative, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with AMT Creative.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
